Option1

Pay your bills using our EasyPhone Pay Service. Simply call 1300 369 187 and you will be guided through our automated payment process. Make sure that you have your bill details handy when you call.

Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm.

Option 3

Simply click here to go to the MGM Telecom Customer Portal, which allows you to pay your bill on-line via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or BankCard).

Options 1 and 2 are available 24 hours a day 365 days of the year so you can pay them anywhere at any time.

Soon you will also be able to view your bills online, create customised reports and cost centres, make adds moves and/or changes to your services, and view your account details.
